Inner Beauty Matters More
Have you ever asked yourself why you would want to look any different to what you actually look like? Why you would want people to see you differently that how you actually look?
I recently posted my first video on social media to promote my first Sunday MindSpa session for 2026. I was happy enough with my first attempt in terms of expressing what my sessions are about BUT I definitely spent more time and energy thinking about how I physically looked than I have for a while. Yes we want to look happy and excited about what we are sharing and offering BUT do we need to look like we spent an hour in hair and make up first? It was a good reminder about why I do this work!
For me, inner beauty is about authenticity, acceptance and self-compassion for the entirity of who I am. There’s both a strength and a softness in giving more priority to your inner health and beauty.
